So how can these devices be linked to computers and smartphones that need passwords? The electronic tattoo is like a sticker that sticks on your skin for around a week. It contains antennae and sensors that serve as an authentication tool for your electronic devices.

Similarly, the pill contains a chip that is activated in the acidic environment of the stomach. Once it is activated, it sends out an 18-bit authentication signal that makes you an authentication token. Your smartphone or other device will recognize the signal, thus removing the need for a password.

The pill has to be taken every day to maintain the effect, which could be a slight disadvantage. You may forget your password, but you will have to remember to take the pill!

These devices will take some time before they are available for use; however, they appear to be a promising with the more frequent use of digital technology that is coupled with the painful process of remembering passwords!
