Nowadays, ice cream companies are using organic, locally sourced or natural ingredients to make new combinations, the New York Daily News reported. Ron Tanner, a vice president at the Specialty Food Association, said that there has been a lot of creativity in the ice cream market in the past decade, and that it is just starting with sandwiches.
