Sales of Nail Polish Soar Over Lipstick for The First Time Sep 6th 2013, 19:27 Analyst Company, Mintel, have predicted that nail varnish sales will reach �233million by the end of 2013 and sales of lipstick will at least be a million lesser. This is perhaps the first time when sale of nail polish will overtake that of lipsticks. Women seem to be taken up with the variety of nail varnish colors to brighten up their mood. Charlotte Libby from Mintel said: "An explosion of new textures and effects is emerging which allow young women in particular to easily personalize their nail look.
